HIRING PART-TIME, VERY PART-TIME, FULL-TIME, OVER-TIME AND MORE!

RENT OUR FACILITY

We rent our facility to small and large groups of 20-169 people. Our camp provides lodging and food services for youth groups, adult retreats, family retreats and various businesses and non-profits.

Some of our program offerings include a professional escape room, archery, heated swimming pool, fishing, team building, crafting, boulder wall and more. Everything is included in your lodging fee.

Please complete the form to the right. Answer to the best of your ability and we will get back to you within 1-2 business day(s). After you submit your request, our Guest Services Manager will reach out with answers to questions, give a formalized quote, or pencil you into our calendar while we finalize a contract. After you have paid your deposit and a contract is signed, your group is booked.

DECIDE

We have the ability to lodge up to 169 people in cabins and our retreat center with a body in every bed. We also have full meal services, a large meeting hall, several meeting spaces, and various amenities. Ask yourself these questions:

What dates are you requesting?

What time are you arriving, departing? First and last meals?

What meeting areas will you need for worship or conference?

What are the ages of the people attending?

Our registrar will make this experience quick and easy. Our fees are organized in a way to welcome new groups, accommodate large groups, and keep our ministry fruitful.

We are a not-for-profit facility and our radical hospitality is what keeps groups coming back every year.

FINALIZE

After answering all of your questions and helping plan your retreat experience, we will provide you with a User Agreement (Contract) and deposit information.

After we receive a signed user agreement and a deposit, your group is booked.

ARRIVE

Several weeks prior to your arrival, our program team and guest services manager will help finalize your schedule, arrival time, meal plan and special requests. These questions should help:

How many people are attending?

What is our groups schedule? When are we planning to do activities?

Do we have any food allergies? Vegetarians?

Do we have any A/V needs or special requests?
